OAKLEY LINDSAY CENTER WAREHOUSE

The board will meet Wednesday, June 19, to review the bids.

The Oakley Lindsay Center is building a warehouse in Quincy, IL.  The ~10,500 ft² facility will replace existing on site storage containers and all for more access to parking spaces.  This project also invloves expanding the parking lot and adding additional lighting.  The Architect's Estimated Costs for the project are:
Base Bid "A" - $550,000.00
Base Bid "B" - $200,000.00
