This Project had three different components; First, the addition of four (4) additional classrooms joining Warsaw Elementary School’s 1957 building and our 1977 addition. Second, construction of an addition to Warsaw High School consisting of six (6) classrooms, a new High School Gym, and Commons/Lunchroom area. Third, the renovation and alterations to the existing 1929 building. This very time sensitive project used a “Critical Path” method to determine and establish phases of the work to achieve total project completion.
