The 9-1-1 Public Safety Communications and Emergency Operations center for Adams County and Quincy, Illinois will be one of the few stand alone buildings built for a 9-1-1 center. Architechnics, Inc. was responsible for the complete construction documents for the building, equipment, appointments and furnishings.
