Preliminary Studies of the Ottumwa Civic Center for Bridge View Center Inc. Ottumwa, IA

Architechnics, Inc. was hired by Bridge View Center, Inc. to provide preliminary information on a proposed Exhibition, Activities, and Performing Arts Center in Ottumwa.  Site studies, floor plans, elevations, perspective renderings, square footage and proposed cost were developed to represent the vision of our clients.  This body of work defined the scope of the proposed project and became the spring board for discussion of the most appropriate type of development for Ottumwa.
